One Account Policy: Each individual may hold only one (1) pbwin Account. Account Accuracy: Providing false or misleading information during registration — including but not limited to a false date of birth, a name that does not match your government-issued ID, or a mobile number belonging to another person — is a material breach of these Terms and will result in Account closure and forfeiture of balances.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your pbwin Account credentials, including your password and any OTP codes sent to your registered Philippine mobile number. You agree to take all reasonable steps to ensure that your login details are not disclosed to any third party.
pbwin will never ask you for your password via SMS, email, live chat, or any other communication channel. Any request for your password purporting to come from pbwin should be treated as a phishing attempt and reported to pbwin support immediately.
pbwin accepts deposits via GCash, Maya (PayMaya), BPI, BDO, Metrobank, 7-Eleven (Cliqq), USDT TRC20, and Coins.ph. The minimum deposit amount is ₱100 for PHP-denominated methods. USDT minimum deposit equivalent is USD$5. Deposit limits may be adjusted based on your Account verification level and VIP tier.
All funds deposited to your pbwin Account must originate from a payment source that belongs to you personally. The use of third-party payment sources is prohibited. pbwin reserves the right to request proof of ownership of any payment method used to fund your Account, and to suspend withdrawal processing pending such verification.
pbwin maintains segregated player funds. Your deposited balance is held separately from pbwin's operating funds and is available for withdrawal subject to these Terms and applicable KYC requirements.
Withdrawals of your Real-Money Balance are available at any time subject to a minimum withdrawal amount of ₱100 and completion of the pbwin KYC verification process. KYC is required prior to your first withdrawal and may be requested again at any time at pbwin's discretion.
KYC verification requires submission of a valid Philippine government-issued identity document, which may include: PhilSys National ID, UMID, passport, driver's licence, SSS ID, or voter's ID. Processing of KYC submissions typically occurs within 24 hours of document receipt.

pbwin reserves the right to delay or withhold withdrawals pending investigation where fraud, money laundering, or terms violations are suspected. In such cases, pbwin will notify you of the hold and the reason for it, subject to applicable legal and regulatory constraints.

All such offers are subject to specific Terms that will be communicated at the point of offer. In the absence of specific terms for a particular offer, these general bonus provisions apply.
Bonus Abuse Policy: pbwin actively monitors for bonus abuse including but not limited to multi-accounting, coordinated betting patterns designed to exploit bonus mechanics, and use of prohibited assistance software. Detection of abuse will result in forfeiture of all bonuses and associated winnings and may result in permanent Account closure.
All games available on the pbwin Platform are governed by individual game rules published within each game's interface. In all cases, the outcome of any game as determined by the relevant system — whether a certified RNG for slots and table games or the live outcome for live dealer tables and sportsbook events — is final.

Breach of any prohibition in this Section constitutes grounds for immediate Account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and where applicable, referral to relevant Philippine law enforcement or regulatory authorities.
All content on the pbwin Platform — including but not limited to software, databases, game interfaces, graphics, text, logos, and trademarks — is the property of pbwin or its licensed content providers and is protected under applicable Philippine and international intellectual property law.
You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the pbwin Platform for personal, non-commercial gaming purposes only. This licence does not include any right to reproduce, redistribute, sell, license, frame, scrape, or commercially exploit any part of the Platform or its content. Any unauthorised use may result in Account termination and legal action.

pbwin's total liability to you for any cause of action arising under or in connection with these Terms shall not exceed the total amount of real-money deposits made by you to your Account in the thirty (30) day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
pbwin does not guarantee continuous, uninterrupted access to the Platform and accepts no liability for losses resulting from system downtime, maintenance, or third-party payment processor outages, provided pbwin has taken reasonable steps to restore service and to notify affected players.

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to conflict of law principles.

If any provision of these Terms is found by a court of competent jurisdiction to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable, that provision shall be severed and the remainder of these Terms shall continue in full force and effect.
